Hi Were you able to resolve the issue?I have a similar issue but not with a sub workflow. I had an existing workflow template, I've added an extra activity and when I use the workflow template for an actual workflow and try to run it, Campaign immediately throw the same error as you have. Hi Is it correct that the @RecipientOpen field is calculated based on the unique clicks?As any click equals an open ? I'm asking because I'm currently having an issue where my @TotalRecipientOpen (= total count) is WAY less than my @RecipientOpen (= recipients who have opened). Also when I check the actual tracking logs for opens the number matches the @TotalRecipientOpen and not the @RecipientOpen. Hi AdhiyanThanks for your response!The fact that a continuous delivery doesn't have a send a proof option like the other template based delivery type, tells me that your answer isn't actually correct.In this case I would then need to use the other template based delivery or a marketing delivery and send out the proof. Go back into the flow and switch up the delivery type and send the continuous delivery properly.This seems too much hassle for business to perform each time they want to use the wo...

I think I have found a solution.The default tracking pixel is actually the OpenFormula option that is included at the bottom.First I tried manually including this at the top, but this wasn't successful as the parameter UrlId wasn't being filled in.After some investigation I came across the definition of UrlId. HiWe currently are experiencing the following issue:Not all of our opens are tracked as the default open tracking pixel for Campaign is at the bottom of the email. The email content created by our business is sometimes too long so that particular clients like Gmail cut off the bottom of the email. Yes I was able to visit this page when replacing instance with our ip address we use for our production environment.I also checked with Adobe Support and they confirmed it is the status page they refer to.However I was looking for the queue size of the pipeline but that variable wasn't available on that page.

After searching the documentation page you linked, I think the status page is this: http://INSTANCE/pipelined/statusINSTANCE should be replaced with the ip address from your instance and you should use port 7781.See screenshot from the page:

This isn't working for me.How do you access the variables parameter from the postEvent?I tried the exact same as you described in the solution marked answer but it's returning undefined.I find it strange the vars.myName variable is reassigned to the varName variable inside the variables. But when you would call it, you still call on vars.myName.
