Which means declaredId DS with priority 10 will be picked up before visitorId DS with priority 1. Hi,I'm setting a transactional event to send emails when it is called from API.I would like that when I send a mail to a profile who already exists in Profiles, I can found the delivery logs and tracking logs in the profile interface.I created in enrichment tab in the event configuration a join definition by email.I tried to send mail to my profile (I am in the database Profiles) but the event list in my profile page is empty.Anyone know how I can do that?ThanksE.

I have had this issue in the past and it was because the targeting dimension wasn't Profile. It defaults to Real Time. It is on the first page when you hit the create button for the event. Unfortunately if it is wrong you will have to recreate it because it is not editable.John
