Re: Restrict access to OOTB reports for deliveries in ACM... - Adobe Campaign 03-06-2020
Hi Jyoti, After following the above mentioned steps, I am now able to view OOTB reports for the selected set of deliveries. However, I was also able to view data in the HOME Menu under Campaigns, Profiles and Targets, and Reports tab. To hide data on the Home Menu, I duplicated the "Delivery Operators" group and used the new group to provide access to the folder. Thank you for your help. It worked ! Regards, Anushka

Re: Unable to Login to Adobe Client Console - Adobe Campaign 26-04-2020
Hi Prasanna, Thanks for the update. I checked the IIS for redirection config which is set to the default 80 port. I retried logging in to my client console without the port number 8080 in my connection URL and now it works. Is there any other possible reason that could have caused this change. Regards, Anushka

Could anybody please help me understand what might have caused this change and why has the port number become a mandatory parameter in my instance URL now ? I would also like to mention that this iss...

Re: How to export the pivot table reports ? - Adobe Campaign 04-02-2020
Hi Rudra_Devi_G, To resolve this issue you would have to change the data source in your excel sheet. Steps:1. Select the pivot table on sheet 1. On selecting the table you will be able to see a tab "PivotTable Analyze" as highlighted in the image below.2. Click on the "PivotTable Analyze" tab -> "Change Data Source" option -> Select "Change Data Source" from the drop down as shown in the image below3. A "Change PivotTable Data Source" dialogue box would appear. Select "Pivot_1" sheet and then se...
