Update:I tried to delete some of the pages (checkpoints) then found it does work well.It seems there is limited max number of checkpoints, if it is exceeded, some of the checkpoints will no display on the From/To.hopefully someone can confirm or correct me.H

Thanks Ursboller, I used to try "Activity Map Region" and "Link" as well. Very small counts.That's why I tried latter methods.I think the best way is to trigger an "event" for language change which need tagging and IT team's help.Anyway, thanks again.
