Hi kreecha,Are your headers and footers on a master page, and if so, have you resized the content area on the master page(s) so as not to overlap your headers/footers?
You could create a text field, delete the word "text" that shows up automatically and then turn the borders on; you'll want to make sure you right click it and choose "Send to back" from the menu that pops up.
Ok, click on the field again and go into XML view. You should see, under the description of the field, something similar to this:<para vAlign="middle" hAlign="center"/>Is the vAlign parameter indeed set to "middle"?
Try clicking on the field and then check the layout tab. If there are any numbers in the Margins section, delete them. Then check the Paragraph tab under Spacing. If there are any numbers in the Above or Below sections, delete them as well. Does that help?
