My AEM author Instance has alot of sling jobs in queue which is making it to be in critical state and causing slowness of my AEM Instance. How to remove all those slingjobs from the queue?

I don't want to use the OOTB DAY CQ Mail service for setting up the mail server in AEM. Is there a way I can create my own project specific Mail service configuration ?

I am using a servlet to upload images programatically through asset manager api into dam and its renditions will be created by dam update asset workflow.
