I understand, Metrics are standards of measurement eg:- technical
knowledge of call centre rep. Analytics is the process of identifying
patterns in the data collected. We collect the metrics data and apply

I agree with all of the above.I think there is one good article from
Adweek which talks about Brad Rencher talking about Adobe digital
marketing. I think the article is bit old. It is in 2012 but it is still
relevant.Brad says " Adobe has combined its social assets with its

A good idea to promote your brand in social media is to use trending
topics. We need to connect the brand with the topics which have garnered
