I'm not sure I understand you question fully. You are saying "eVar and Prop is working as expected and my intended event is not firing" but later you say "eVar 2 is intended not working as expected & event 6 is not intended working as expected"Can you maybe share the server call that is being fired right now and also share what you'd like the server call to look like?

It looks like the error says _satellite.track is not a function. How have you deployed DTM on your site? Is it included in the static code or is it being dynamically injected via a tag manager or other system? Also, have you manually coded _satellite.track() into your code anywhere or are you just using a direct call rule?Could you provide the URL where we can view the site where DTM is deployed?

I'd imagine that you would be able to track returns in DTM if the return happens online, but obviously this wouldn't capture any actions that occur offline. Returns made online can be tracked in an event with s.products properly set. However, I know that I've personally made some purchases online, clicked to make a return, then ended up not sending the product back in the mail. Obviously if your site doesn't sell physical products but online services (like paywalled media or education, for exampl...

In looking through the documentation, there doesn't seem to be an on page implementation piece for Marketing Channels. It looks like they are all populated via rules/logic that you define after the collection within the Analytics solution. Is there a specific piece that you are struggling with?

Hi balakrishnad70549342,Event serialization is used to prevent duplicate event counting. Suppose, if the Event serialization is set to "Record once per Visit" - and if a user refreshes a page 10 times within a minute, it will just be recorded once. You can also use a unique serial number to serialize events ("Using event ID").Merchandising evars are used to correctly attribute the success factor. Suppose you search for shoes and add a Reebok shoe to the cart, and then you also search for jacket...
