Arun,Somehow, I don't have the Selection in the segment builder as you showed before( make this an experience cloud audience. I readi some document, it mentioned that "This check box in the Segment Builder appears only if the report suite that you are saving this segment to is enabled for the Experience Cloud." I don't know how to enable the report suite for Experience cloud? Can I enable physical report suite or virtual report suite?Thanks,-Cathy

Visitor ID - Adobe Analytics 08-05-2018

I implemented the track of visitor ID by evar21 ="d=mid", prop21="D=mid"when I did the analysis to a single cloud ID, I assume this is for one unique visitor / device. But it showed it has a lot of different IPs. I don't know how to explain this? use the same system login different WiFi?

Thanks for your info. I can see several issues I had:1. I didn't enable Merchandising before. I just enabled. 2. I used evar82. I just changed to eVar82.With those 2 fixes, I hope I can have data in eVar82. ( I used workspace to show product, revenue, unit and eVar82 )I have another question about enable Merchandising.
