This is a custom app built with AEM Mobile. How can I tell what version
I'm using? How can I tell if I'm using HTL, and what does that mean? In
the app customization section, I have the navigation bar and status bar
for phone and tablet set to default (always visible on browse pages, and
visible on tap for articles). Again, when I'm in my app, on the article
pages, after I tap the screen, the navigation bar comes up but there is
no title in the bar. It is blank. On collection/browse pages, the t...
In my app, I have a number of pages that are built with HTML. When I tap
on the page, the nav bar appears, but there is no title. It's just the
back arrow with the hamburger menu. On collection pages the title of the
collection appears in the nav bar. How can I get the title of the
article to appear in the nav bar on article pages?
That does make sense, thank you. So this let's me know that if I'm
building a page through the Layout Template editor, the max width of the
desktop web viewer is 960px. Seems very narrow to me, especially since
almost all desktop computers have screen widths of at least 1366px.
I have a dynamic banner on a collection page, and it works fine on the
iPad and iPhone. However, when I go to preview on the Desktop Web
Viewer, it treated it as iPad size, instead of the larger size for
desktop. I tested this with the same file created as an article and it
works fine in the Desktop Web Viewer. Why is this happening with the
dynamic banner, and how can I get it to work properly in the Desktop Web
When I tap on the hamburger icon, I only see the options in the Top
Level, and by Top Level I mean the top row in the content map. So that
means I do not even see Collection B in the hamburger menu dropdown,
since it is not part of the Top Level. With the collection in the Top
Level, the first item is an article, but when I select that collection
from the hamburger dropdown, it displays as a browse page, even though I
set the view settings to Content View.
Hi, thank you for your response. If I have a number of items in a
top-level collection (for example called Top-Level-Collection2), when I
select that item from the side navigation menu (by tapping on the three
horizontal lines at the top left), all the content within that
collection display as a browse page. This still happens at the top
level, even if I set the Collection Open Default to Content View. Can
you confirm that this does or does not happen to you?
Just so we're on the same page, when we say Top Level, we're talking
about the top row of the Content Map page, correct? In the second
position of the Top Level in the Content Map page, I have a collection
with a number of items in it, about 15 other articles or collections.
When I set that collection to Content View, it still displays as a
browse page when I access it from the side navigation menu.
