Custom Event Funnels should work like Pages Fallout Funnels

The custom events funnel shows the total number of metric X, then the total number of metric Y. This is not useful for trying to view visitors who did one success event then proceeded to another success event. I would like to see the total number of metric X, then the total number of metric Y that previously fired metric X in the visit. This would make the custom events funnel look like the pages fallout funnels, where it uses pathing to go from page to page. Either pathing on events or funnel-l...

Re: Ability to Add a Note Specific to an Event or Prop Report

When I reported this the first time to client care, I was told that this is functioning as it was designed. What doesn't make sense is why they would design it to work one way with eVars, but another way with events and props?

One more thing, this functionality seems to exist (and work properly) on eVars; it's only events and props which have this issue.

Ability to Add a Note Specific to an Event or Prop Report
Avatar

If you add a 'Note' to an event (or prop) report (say the 'purchase' event for Orders), that note appears on all event (or prop) based reports. If I add a note to event1, that note shows up on event1, event2, event3, etc. If I add a note to prop1, that note appears on prop1, prop2, prop3, etc. I would like to have the ability to add a note to a specific event or certain prop, and that variable's note should not appear on any other reports. I believe this is how the 'Notes' system in SiteCatalyst...

Schedule Dashboard on Last Day of Month
Avatar

Right now, it is not possible to schedule a dashboard to be sent out on the last day of the month. You can only choose a certain date or a certain day for the dashboard to be scheduled, which is not useful in this case because months have between 28-31 days. As of now, I have two options, one - create another dashboard showing the prior month's data and send it out on the first or second - schedule the DB to go out on the 28th, since all months have at least 28 days.

This is a duplicate idea, please promote the original idea here:http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Omniture-Idea-Exchang e/Totals-in-Calculated-Metric-Columns/idi-p/60 SiteCatalyst cannot sum any calculated metrics, but why? Why was SiteCatalyst designed to not calculate these? I would like Omniture to allow SiteCatalyst to total calc metrics to avoid having to always pull the data into Excel (which is time consuming and annoying). This has been a feature request to Omniture for years now, and Omnitur...

Discover reports showing percentages are not formatted correctly when exported.

Please make it so Discover can export reports that use percentages. Inside of Omniture Discover, if you are viewing a report that uses a percentage (conversion, bounce rate, etc.), Discover is unable to export these reports and show the percentage. The report shows only zeros and ones, it is just rounding it to the nearest whole number. It is possible to copy the data into Excel and change the format to percent, add decimal points, and then the report shows the data. I need the ability to schedu...

Google Chrome is gaining market share every month, not to mention that it is the fastest browser I have ever used SiteCatalyst in, and the best, yet Omniture will not support any issues while using Chrome. I think that Omniture should really consider supporting such a great browser.

When looking at a trended prop report, under Configure:, then the "Report" tab, next to Selected Items:, click "Top" and then click "Select new items". A separate window will pop up and allow you to choose up to 5 values to trend. Is this what you want to do? Thanks.

Re: make Bounce Rate default metric

While we are on the subject, what calculated metric do you use for Bounce Rate? I have been using [Single Access] / [Visits], just as the Omniture Help suggests. From the knowledge base:... define Bounce Rate according to your business needs (typically [Single Access] / [Visits], viewed as a percentage) and save it ... I have seen elsewhere, and it makes more sense, that I should be using [Single Access] / [Entries], so I am curious to know what other Omni customers are using.
