This could be generalized to basically all of the report suite
configuration features. As much as I like working with the great
ClientCare team, it seems bizarre that I need to make a phone call or
have a chat session in order to get some checkboxes checked or a
dropdown value changed. I suspect (or at least hope) that they are
moving towards a more powerful admin console, but it can't come too soon
I created two report suites today, and in so doing, I noticed a behavior
that I suspect is wrong and unintentional.The first report suite was the
development report suite, for which I entered in the "Report Suite Id"
field "[reportsuitedev]". I configured it, and hit submit.The page
reloaded with the information I'd entered. I needed to create a
duplicate, so I went ahead and removed the "dev" from the report suite
ID and name, changed the base URL, and hit submit again -and realized
too late th...
The problem with [Single Access] / [Entries] is that if nobody has
entered on that page (often true for confirmation pages and the like)
the result shows a "Division by 0" error - which is embarrassing to
include in reports, and a hassle to remove. It would be really nice if
there were some nicer way to show this. On the other hand, bounce rate
is such a standard metric that I feel that adding it as a standard
metric would be the best solution.
