I often leave ClientCare hanging because the chat window is behind
another window. It would be great to have sound notifications when the
support person has messaged me. Better for everyone, and hopefully will
reduce wait times!
We have a lot of scheduled reports out of Sitecatalyst and
ReportBuilder. It's nice that they can all be maintained from
SiteCatalyst, but it would be great if a report failed there was an
email notification to the owner of the report. We have daily and hourly
reports, and usually we're the last people to know if a report has
failed (I guess it's good to know that they're reading the reports!) The
only way to know if a report failed is by logging in, going to scheduled
reports, expanding to 50 r...
The API goes down quite frequently. We use this for our most read box +
reportbuilder hourly/daily reports. It would be great to have another
line item specifically for the Omniture API, and its status, maintenance
notices, etc. on the Customer Portal. Please vote this up!
Currently the Google Plus URL detection for social networks is
'plus.google.com', but the referrer is actually 'plus.url.google.com'. I
would like to have this updated to include plus.url.google.com to
reflect Google's social network contribution accurately. Please vote
this up!I validated this with Omniture DW by building a page view
container whereReferrer type = social networkANDReferrer contains
'google.com'I only got a few google reader results, but no google plus
results (plus.google.com o...
Adding to this idea - referrer type by hour as well. Other competitive
tools offer this, it would be great to be able to use this out of the
box (sitecatalyst) or build it into my automated reports with
We have many scheduled reports out of ReportBuilder, that push .mht
files to a webserver every hour. It's a great solution, but I would like
to be able to schedule them more frequently. Every 15 minutes would be
ideal, but I could live with every 30 minutes.
I often make tweaks to a report that I've built using ReportBuilder. It
would be nice to publish the current workbook's tweaks to a currently
scheduled report. Currently you have to delete a scheduled report and
then schedule the same file with all the same information. This way I
wouldn't have to remember the distribution list, time scheduling, file
format, etc. every time I make a small change to the report. It would
work like this: When you schedule a report, you have the option of
Sometimes not all data is available in SiteCatalyst - but on a website.
It would be great to be able to build web queries into a workbook to
pull data in from websites. I would also like to be able to query
databases (odbc, etc.) but can understand how that would be much more
