Ed is right on the money with this. The funnels are very misleading to
the novice SiteCatalyst user. We need to have pathed funnels. By pathed
funnels I mean combining what you get with the steps of the fallout
report with the graphic of what you see in the event funnels now.
These 3 names in the reports are very ambiguous and don't give you a
good representation of what the data is. Allow the user to rename these
so that they better describe what is happening. In my case I have a
report that shows internal search terms. Over 50% of the metrics for
this report show as none. None would be more accurately described by the
name "browse" or "non-search".
I just put together the calculated metric of Total Revenue. Total
Revenue=Revenue+Tax+Shipping. There's no reason that I can get Total
Revenue per order but Sitecatalyst cannot sum them up in a total at the
