We seem to be having an issue with our Visitor Loyalty report where the
New Customer is defined as 'A user who enters the site and makes a
single purchase is considered a "New Customer."' Unfortunately, we are
seeing that Visits from a New Customer is equal to all Visits to the
entire site. This metric is supposed to be measuring Loyalty based on
purchase. So if the new user does not purchase, they should not be
counted. Anyone else experience this?
