Dear all,when it comes to frequency caps (let's say, I want recipients
not to receive two campaigns within 2 days, so that I always have a two
day break stated in my typology rules) do transactional messages count
in that sense (let's say within these two days a recipient forgot his
login-passwort and got a new one sent by my message center wihtin that
