Has anyone raised a ticket to client care?

Hi Guys,Is anyone facing the same issue where they are creating a test in target, the software tells you that's it been created successfully but it doesn't show in the list ?Seems to be the same problem for form based and VEC tests.Is this just a bug with adobe that will fix itself?
