This has been implemented in SiteCatalyst 15. Visits and Visitors are de-duplicated for classifications. This is great because you don't need to rely on eVars or props as much, when you're looking for a Visit or Visitor total for a group.

YES PLEASE! It's so frustrating to get back to my computer the next day, reload a report and have to start over. Just let the user login and go back to the page they were just on.

I'm not sure if you are aware of the SAINT FTP feature; it allows you to select a group of report suites to which it will upload the classification file. So you could select all report suites and create an FTP account for that group, then do one upload to that FTP account to have it process in all report suites. -Jessica

Whenever I need to login to the Online Marketing Suite (see screenshot), I tab through each of the form fields. However, due to the order of the login button vs. the "remember my login" checkbox, I have to hit tab to get past the login button, hit the space key to check the box, and do SHIFT+Tab to get back to the login button. A simple fix would be to change the order of these two items on the form. I have to clear my cookies every few days for testing purposes, so I run into this issue quite o...

ClientCare email responses should know to automatically CC those copied on original ticket.

Quite often, I am submitting ClientCare tickets (via email) for other members of my team (at times, up to 10 different people). Whenever I receive an update from ClientCare, I have to forward ClientCare's email onto other users to make sure they are constantly in the loop. It would be great if, whenever I CC others on an email to ClientCare, the system automatically knows to CC them when the ClientCare member responds.

To expand further on this "time frame granularity" idea, it would be extremely useful to set alerts to ignore certain hours when setting hourly alerts. Use Case: If I'm trying to monitor site traffic and orders by hour to make sure the site doesn't go down, I don't need alerts sent from 1AM - 5AM when I already know traffic will be minimal.
