Hi hyderziaee​, Thanks for responding! That's correct, it's a classification of the products report. It would be great if you could show me how that can be done.if I click into the unspecified products, I can see their product IDs. Hope this helps clarify. Thanks!

Hi Karandeep,My login company is Entertainment Benefits. I was able to resolve the issue, 1. by making myself and admin and 2. by giving myself full access to report suite manager. I was able to resolve the issue. Thanks for the reply, Karandeep!Tom
