Hi Team, There are scenarios where multiple workflows are created inside a single Campaign workflow and assigned to each developers with one workflow. We are facing a challenge when one developer makes changes to his workflow and click "Save" button, the other developers workflow which is simultaneously editing are getting saved. I am thinking to add "Save" button separately for each workflow inside one campaign. Please let me know if it is a good idea?

Hi oscar.mendez , Finished status represents Adobe Campaign workflow server execution is completed where as the cancel button in the dashboard is applicable for the MTA server which will process your delivery content. Disabling this button might lead to not cancel the processing delivery for any business reasons. However you can disable this button specific to particular operator rights. Hi,Please check whether "Add automatic ID" checkbox is enabled in your custom resource. if so delete all the records in your Custom resources and try inserting the data from the beginning. Hi Pradeep, It might be because of the Reconciliation keys is not selected. For update operation we need to have this option enabled and add the fields based on which update needs to be performed. Then , I believe there is error in your XML . It should be as below . Also its recommended not to use 'nms' namespace for creating any custom schema. If you still want with nms namespace, try deleting your schema and recreate as shown below . else try creating with different namespace as per your need and this should resolve your issue. Hi Kapil, _operation="delete" attribute is used to delete the columns in the schema. When we extended the OOTB recipient schema with the same nms: namespace , it will override the existing schema and hides the schema definition but the structure remains unchanged.
