That's a warning & submission should still work. I assume you are using
post method for submission. You can probably enable HTTP Components log
and see what is happening. May be wireshark or Charles with reverse
proxy could help if call is orginating but failing on receiving end.
You can write a common API which is execute on valueCommit and does
this.parent.validate(). And if that returns true, enable the button
else skip that.Alternate would be to listen to guideBridge event called
elementValueChanged which wraps the field object in the event payload.
And you could call the similar(as above) API and make the button
visible/hidden.Unfortunately, I don't have snippet available, but git it
I assume you are looking for review/approval after a Form has been
filled and submitted by end user. For that, take a look at Form Centric

Hi,You should put a bindRef on the Form Panel where the Fragment is
associated. And for multiple use of same Fragment, this bindRef could be
different. For example, for Business Address Panel having Address
fragment, if you put bindRef as /root/businessAdress & for Home Address
if you use bindRef /root/homeAdress, the generated XML should be
differences b/w, 6.1 & 6.2, can you post the generated XML that was
produced for 6.1 v/s 6.2?
Did you consider the option to transparently forward the AF specific
render/submit request from AEM via reverse proxy right at Apache or
other proxy layer. So application container ui might still be requesting
form from the same url as rest of the stuff but reverse proxy would
fetch that from AEM instead of you regular web/enterprise server.
Also, in general, you should probably avoid Store Content action for
production use because of the PII & Scalability concerns. Please use
Form Portal Submit. We have added few APIs to list the Portal Drafts &
Submissions. I do not remember those has delete/edit API though. If not,
you may have to use JCR or REST APIs for that.
I think you can save partially filled data as Draft using Adaptive Forms
draft feature and do custom submission which does payment gateway
integration and signing. Post sign, you can fetch data from draft and
remove the draft.
Hi Varun,You could use enabled property of the field component and
set it to false in initialize expression. Though, there is no such
property at panel level at the moment and you need to set the enabled to
false for each field of that panel.Deepak :
Hi,You would need to Reader Extend the form in order to partially save
the form using Adobe Reader. You can associate the custom PDF rendition
profile with XDP file used in Adaptive Form which render the XDP as PDF
and also apply Reader Extensions for offline fill.
There is alternate way to enable custom widget via guideBridge using css
selector (which should returns field for which you want to enable the
custom widget) at template level. Most of the functionality in AEM Forms
prefill and submit which all uses js engine) instead of simple jsp (as
in case of other AEM components which are mostly static). That's why I
was asking what kind custom components you are looking for.If you still
Hi Darren,What kind of customization you are looking for in terms of
components. Is it about data capture experience: for example instead of
using textbox for numeric field you want to use numeric stepper for
that? if that is the case, you should take a look at custom widget story
of Adaptive Forms :
This would allow you to customize Adaptive Form components and still
leverage the all ex...
Hi,Did you not considered using AEM Forms field components which you can
hide via visibility expression set to false? For those components, you
can prefll value from XML and you would get the same value returned on
Hi,Usually when doing Accessibility testing of AEM Forms, we test
following:Keyboard accessibilityVoiceOver on iOSJaws for most of the
browsers. We did try to address most of the issues reported by WCAG 2.0
though there is no formal compliance certification that was carried out
For #1 & #2, like Varun mentioned, it's highly recommended to use
Summary expression which is primarily built for this purpose and gives
you a lot of control how title should appear. For #3, looks like in
E-Sign component that you dropped on form, has Scribble as configured
service instead of Echosign, can you double check that.
