I confirm this problem is solved by adding-Dgemfire.member-timeout=15000-Xgcpolicy:gencon

by the way what is the best way to check a node time?I managed to find the difference in PRODUCTION because it's a big difference. but in small differences would be hard...QUALIFICATION is OK for now, waiting for the errors to return to check if thats the cause.
