How to Disable checkbox when multified set is less than three ??

Hi , I have a query , where i have multifield in one tab. If the number of multifield set/ items is less than 3 i need to disable the checkbox in same tab. Please can anyone share validation or listener for this requirement.. ?? Thanks in advance
