Hi, setting up a newsletter subscription on our webpage. Do you suggest just a link to an landingpage in ACS or a form on ourpage? What are the pros and cons? Is it common to use double-opt in? In the documentation of double-opt in is says use a Profile acqusition landing page, but most of the subscribers will be non-customers, in other words not known in the ACS database/profile. What are the consequences? Shouldn´t I use a subscription landingpage?RegardsÅsa

Unsubscribe to a service or channel - Adobe Campaign Standard 26-04-2018
Hi, being quite new to ACS could you please share your pros and cons of unsubscribe to a service OR unsubscribe to a channel connected to a profile. As today we have all our profiles in ONE service and the unsubscription is to that service, but we are thinking about changing the landingpage to a blacklist, but what are we missing? Hi Åsa,The simplest way I can think of is to subscribe them to a specific service or to update a hidden field when they submit the form to track their origin.Then, in a workflow, query the profiles subscribed to that specific service, or who have a specific value in the field updated, and use an export activity where you'd add the needed field to retrieve your final file.Would that work for you?Florent
