Hi, I would like to give the customer the option to unsubcribe from an service in a sms, by linking them to our unsubscription landingpage (the same used in our email), is this possible? Tried to use "content block" but it doesn´t work. Is the only way to have incoming STOP sms. We have outgoing sms by Link Mobility, but no incoming sms at the time, so I thought linking to a unsubscription landingpage was an idea.Thanks in advance, //Åsa

Hi, setting up a newsletter subscription on our webpage. Do you suggest just a link to an landingpage in ACS or a form on ourpage? What are the pros and cons? Is it common to use double-opt in? In the documentation of double-opt in is says use a Profile acqusition landing page, but most of the subscribers will be non-customers, in other words not known in the ACS database/profile. What are the consequences? Shouldn´t I use a subscription landingpage?RegardsÅsa

Hi, being quite new to ACS could you please share your pros and cons of unsubscribe to a service OR unsubscribe to a channel connected to a profile. As today we have all our profiles in ONE service and the unsubscription is to that service, but we are thinking about changing the landingpage to a blacklist, but what are we missing? Best regardsÅsa
