Hi,I cannot sign in to report builder 5.0, either.I delete previous
version, and reboot PC twice, but it change nothing.When I type my ID,
PW and click "Sign in", then my excel freezes....sigh
Also make sure the correct 'login' type is selected in the sign-in box
you can do Marketing Cloud, Single Sign-on and Standard. You might have
clicked into the wrong login type and that can cause issues with signing
in.
