Hi @Brian but why would that ever happen? Have you seen this issue before? The real problem is that it didn't happen just one time but rather we discovered that this was an issue on many of our suites. It's going to be hard to re-upload all of those individual tab files and moreover, we need to understand and fix the underlying problem which is still diagnosed.

Hi Brian,Correct me if I'm mistaken but I don't think Rule Builder is a substitute for SAINT. From what I understand I I want to track for instance the details of a media campaign where every row in my SAINT Excel file has a unique key, I'd have to create the same number of rules in Rule Builder. Doesn't seem like there's any time savings without sacrificing reporting granularity.
