I am experiencing this issue as well with the alerts returning 0 values. We will probably log a client care ticket.

Hi Tina,I tried to reproduce the problem that you specified but i am able to see the 'unspecified' data in workspace too. Could you tell me the name of the report that you were working on? Also it would be great if you could also tell me the steps to follow to reproduce the problem. Thanks!Tanmay
