It looks you want to see visits having product view and cart page view but no purchase? In this case i would create a segment where product and cart page view exist AND purchase doesn't exist. By using this segment on product type or marketing channel report...I can see distribution. Also I would use this segment in flow visualization report as shown here. One way you could do this is to create a segment then use that segment to filter a virtual report suites. Segment can be filtered down to certain date ranges by using the dates as part of the criteria.

Just note everyone that the "Repeat Instances" Checkbox has no effect on Flow Reports in Analysis Workspace. As for Dave1, just use "Single Page Visits" and create a metric "% of Single Page Visits" on the fly. Single Page Visits makes way more sense than Bounce Rate where every little Event Hit causes a non-bounce.

I agree. I need 3 or 4 variables broken down in ReportBuilder, so I am creating various calculated metrics instead... Now my list of calc. metrics is far too big, i.e. when I search for "visits", it takes quite a while to find the standard visit variable....

Regarding Twitter @AdobeMktgCare - I've "tweeted" twice and never received a reply. The default response/solution from Client Care seems to be: deleted cache and cookies and try again. The support is so bad that when I encounter problems I don't submit them as I know the reposnse will be nonsensical. What would be usful if there was somewhere we can see the known issues that have been reported/being worked on - this would also save Client Care resources.

Hi,when creating a segment in Ad-Hoc (Discover), there is further functionality i.e. the THEN-rule.However, the filter criteria is not shown correctly when viewing a global (Ad-Hoc) segment in the normal Reports & Analytics interface.The results/data are the same, but it is confusing. @Adobe: Could you please fix this inconsistency? Also, it is currently complicated to copy segment definition, we usually do that with screenshots. Text format (i.e. "PageView-Container where Ref.Domain = facebook....
