We aren't able to share our full roadmap. We are working on determining
the priority of Calendar events against some of the other bigger
features that have been requested, such as multiple report suites in a
project, downloading more rows of data, improved curation, etc.
You could remove the second "within" clause and just say "Visit
container where Page Views are greater than or equal to 200" instead.
The visit container implies that the page views happened within the same
visit. That would cut things down a little bit.
Are you or any of your colleagues still using Reports & Analytics
instead of Analysis Workspace, for one reason or many? If so, please
post your use cases for R&A below. We are working on prioritizing the
gaps we have between the two tools and want to better understand the
biggest drivers behind R&A usage.

to show the number change (instead of percent) today is to edit the
"percent change" metric and remove the denominator. If we were to add a
