you can consider using AEM Forms server to render the XDP in HTML5 format or consider creating Adaptive Forms and present the Adaptive Forms to your users for filling the form. Once the form is submitted you can merge the data with your xdp template to generate the PDF for archival purposes. You will need to have AEM server with Forms Add On installed for this to work

the error indicates that the installation of AEM Forms is not compelet. Did you install the approrpriate RPM's as mentioned in the AEM Forms install doc?

HiThe moment the document is signed the submit action associated with the form is invoked immediately. So I do not think you can pass the agreement id that way. You could capture the agreement id in the summary step and make a REST call to your end point and pass the agreement id

if you are using the designer in standalone mode there is no way to tell where a particular fragment is used. If you are using interactive communications there is a way to find out how many documents use a particular xdp

I have something similar set up. The form calls REST endpoint on my server which is behind the dispatcher. AEM server is not exposed to the publichttps://forms.enablementadobe.com/content/dam/formsanddocuments/schengen.xdp/jcr:content

nice - I was going that route of using set variable, but for some reason the set variable component was not working on my instance hence the osgi bundle route. But I agree the set variable approach is much easier

I have created custom OSGI bundle that allows you to set the value in DDX attribute as part of the workflow as shown in the screen shotThe first parameter is the location of your DDX file. The second is the element and the third is the attribute , and fourth is the value that needs to be setAfter the attribute values are set, the DDX is updated in the original locationYou can set multiple attributes as shown in the screenshotThe bundle is shared here.upload your DDX file into AEM DAMDeploy the b...

it's a little different in OSGI world. I will give you a custom OSGI bundle that will allow you to set the value of any xml element or attribute's value
