Anyone else getting an Unsaved Changes error on every screen? - Workfront 12-10-2020
I've noticed an Unsaved Changes error appearing every time I leave attempt to navigate from one item to another, even when all I've done is view an item. Is anyone else seeing this?

Reporting on where and if custom forms are attached - Workfront 29-09-2020
I'd like to audit our custom forms and deactivate those no longer in use. What is the best way to report on where and if custom forms are currently attached to their corresponding object? (to answer the question 'are any projects using this form and if so which?' for example)

Group Admin access to Teams/Associating Teams with a Group - Workfront 24-09-2020
None of our group admins have access to Teams within Setup, Classic or WFE. I found documentation that states Teams have a group association, but I cannot find a way to make these assignments. What am I missing?

Hi @Janet Stephens‚ we have a custom hour type for our creative team - Project Prep/Research/Collaboration - that is used for bucketing non-specific work like this. It may be use to cover a meeting about copy direction, for example, and logged against a copy development task. Hope this helps.

This was something we needed to work around to accommodate their licensing/access restrictions. The requestors open the issue (for proposal) or task (for POP delivery) that was rejected and message the Program Manager with questions or to confirm the requested corrections are in place. She has the license/access to update the status and re-trigger the approval process for them.

Sure @Kyna Baker - inactive‚ we used custom statuses in setting up the intake and execution approval processes. During intake, the queue routes proposals to the default stakeholders and their approval is triggered by 'New' status. If the marketing proposal includes an Enablement activity, for instance, our Program Manager selects the custom status 'Enablement Review' to trigger the approval path for that stakeholder. Hi @Aya Elsoukkary‚ the department where the creative team does not log hours takes a similar approach to what @Yvette Jaskiewicz‚ mentioned. We assign planned hours and duration in the template. These values are based on feedback from writers, editors, designers, QA. This is used to provide ballpark visibility in reporting and can help guide resourcing decisions. (We also bump planned duration against actual duration for a reality check when evaluating our templates for revision)

I love the idea of automating the routing rule based the person's manager, but I'm not certain that if that is possible currently. We use an issue-based custom status to trigger an approval process for content-based stakeholders. I wonder if this would fit your use case as well @Aya Elsoukkary‚ ?
