Re: Event 57, inconsistently firing. Why? - Dynamic Tag Management 25-09-2017
Hello, Looks like, currently, you are firing event57 for following two direct rules only: 1) downloadSubmit2) submitWhenever your developer has called these above two direct call rules, it would have set event57.Kindly check with your developer on when these two rules are called within your web application code logic so as to help in fixing your reported issue. Also, you might want to tweak "Form Offsite Submit" click rule if you wish to fire event57 on Subscribe click of "Connect newsletter" for...

Re: Email Data - Adobe Analytics 22-09-2017
To run reports inside Adobe Analytics, you (/ your team) would have most likely enabled the corresponding "email data" variables within Adobe admin console.I was not 100% clear about your query, so wanted to check whether you are not able to find reporting variables or if the email tracking data is missing within Adobe Analytics tool.Alexis, above, has provided you the solution regarding email tracking implementation. Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: Why can I create Processing Rules when I'm not certified? - Adobe Analytics 14-09-2017
Hello, Earlier, it was necessary to get certified in processing rules before you can access them.Recently, sometime this year, you don't need a prerequisite to pass their certication exam to gain access to processing rules you just need user permissions (admin, or user group with processes rules access) to be able to utilise them.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items - Adobe Analytics 18-08-2017
So, for prop2 visit report, you checked, did Total at bottom was different than the value 1,949 shown in your prop3 visits screenshot for that same date range? In your prop2 report, it might be the case you are setting it with some value on each Web page Load in contrast to prop3 where it may have been set for specific pages / action say registration pages only. Just trying to put together my thoughts so as to resolve this question.Let me know your thoughts.Thanks,Saurabh.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items - Adobe Analytics 17-08-2017
Correct, the Total in prop report for Visits metric represent total number of visits to the site. You may test this against any prop report and you'll get the same Total Visits count.Saurabh.

Re: total visits larger than sum of line items - Adobe Analytics 17-08-2017
Regarding total visits displayed in report, it represents the total no. of visits to your site for the selected time range. It is higher than sum of line items as there may be visits to your site where the user did not perform an action so as to set prop variable you are referring to in your query. Hence, that visit is not credited to any line item.Hope this helps.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: How to get an total average of time spent or bounce rate in a key metrics report - Adobe Analytics 03-08-2017
Hello, A workaround to get total on Average time spent & bounce rate is to run a report for the entire reporting duration range without any breakdown & get only one line item in report for time spent and bounce rate metrics.Regards,Saurabh Kumar.

Re: Workspace vs Dashboard - Adobe Analytics 02-08-2017
Hello, In workspace screen-shot, your arrow points to total no. of page views for the reporting time-frame you selected for your free-form table. With respect to percentage noted, in workspace - your en:homepage contributes to 35.2% of total page views 1,945,311while in dashboard - that page contributes to 28.9% of total page views 2,369,527.Looks like there is some setting (segment, date range etc.) that exists in workspace but not in dashboard for the difference in page view numbers noted by yo...
