Hi Chandra, API 2.0 is new and upgraded version of API 1.4. Adobe Workspace reporting is based on API 2.0 where as Report Builder and Report & Analytics reporting build on 1.4 version. In case you want to capture the pagename for s.tl() as well , you can use processing rule and set the pagename from custom variable where you have pagename values store so that Pages report show the pagename in case of s.tl() as well.

akasha53249386 correct, if the report suite is set to not allowed and offline enabled is set to checked. Server call get excluded from the reporting.

In case of Custom link call, pagename are not processed and does not get content as pageview. However,you can use processing rule to reinsert the pagename from another variable to Pagename variable. A pageview will be counted. Refer the below document and Check the description of Page Name Hit Attributes:Dimensions available to processing rules

If you Add user account in Admin tab of the product profile that user account will automatically get the permission to edit the workspace project shared with them. However, normal user only get option to "save as" option for the project shared by admin user account.

You can use mobile lifecycle metrics in the workspace and build report as per the business need. Adobe Mobile Service standard reports are not directly available in workspace.

You may need to write a custom code in the condition of the rule which will check if the cookie exist then return 'true' which will allow the rule to fire else return 'false'.

You can use Send option to email the Dashboard to the external user who do not have account in Adobe Analytics. It is not possible for external users to view the project in case you are sharing the Dashboard link and they do not have account in Adobe Analytics.
