Re: Activity QA Preview Links Persisting - Adobe Target 15-01-2021
Thanks for the note, @emcgall. Few questions:What version of at.js are you using?Has this experience been consistent across browsers? Per our docs:The ability to QA the entire user journey. You can access your site once with the QA link and then browse the entire site while in Activity QA. You remain in Activity QA until you end the session or until you use the QA Target bookmarklet to force yourself out of Activity QA. This feature is particularly useful if you have an activity spanning multipl...

Re: Inconsistent activity delivery in the experience targ... - Adobe Target 18-11-2020
Hi @Knowledgeseeker98, thank you for the note. Do you have a URL and test credentials I could take a look at? It would help understand your use case better. Thanks!

Re: Inconsistent activity delivery in the experience targ... - Adobe Target 02-11-2020
Hi @Knowledgeseeker98,Thanks for reaching out! There could be several reasons why there is inconsistent content delivery- how are you authenticating a user? What is the use case? Are you using mbox3rdPartyId? How is the audience set up?Is a logged in user meeting the audience condition? Are there any error messages displayed on the console when you append ?mboxDebug=1 to the URL you are testing on?I invite you to try the debug tools outlined here to see if that leads to some answers: https://docs...

Re: Activity not saving changes - Adobe Target 11-08-2020
Hi @Mark_47 , Few things:Test the changes via the QA Link but my changes aren't present. If I edit the activity I can see my changes there in the scripts. This sounds like a content delivery issue, try adding the param mboxDebug=1 to the QA URL and observe the logs on the Developer tools console- do you see any errors? When I edit the activity on a different computer but with the same account, the changes I made earlier aren't there. However, saving it on this computer gives me the same results.I...

Re: Getting a error when using a css selector - Adobe Target 11-08-2020
Hi @nimay50244411 ,Having multiple elements share a selector is typically not good practice, especially when using the VEC. This could cause issues during content delivery and or tracking goals and settings. For instance, if you want to change a heading for element A using the VEC and track clicks on element B when both elements share the same CSS selector: Target will not know how to differentiate between the two elements. This is why we recommend using unique IDs for elements that you would li...

Hi @Rob_Hornick, this question was posted in the community by @dsu50: Do Adobe Target Auto-Target and Auto-Allocate options use Bayesian or frequentist statistics? Is there a documentation that describes the statistical methods these options use?

Re: [AT Community Q&A Coffee Break] 7/8: Rob Hornick, Adobe Target Product Manager - Adobe Target 08-07-2020
Hi @Rob_Hornick, this question was posted in the community by @anils5920589: Had a question on how Target derives reward probabilities for the MAB algorithms implemented for Auto Allocate, Auto Target and Automated Personalization activities. Was going through your docs and found out that there are three ways of feeding data into Target:mbox parametersProfile parameters/attributesServer side APIs for profile updates.Since MAB algorithms need reward probabilities of each experience/variant as an i...

Re: [AT Community Q&A Coffee Break] 7/8: Rob Hornick, Adobe Target Product Manager - Adobe Target 08-07-2020
@drewb6915421 wrote:@Nicolas_Swisscom wrote:@Rob_Hornick why is AP and AT not an activity type of it's own i.e. and currently "inside" the A/B Test flow? What is the difference between AP, AT and Recommended for you? Are all 3 using the same algorithm? How would I be ablecable to use AT or AP together with a propensity score (hopefully from AA)? Any examples or tips how to achieve this? Can you share some examples of websites that sucessfully use AP, AT or Recs.?How do I use Recs. within a Single P...
