It would be very useful if when adding an email activity to a workflow
you could select an existing draft email, rather than having to create
an email from scratch every time. So for example when it brings up all
the template options, it also has a tab for 'Drafts' and lists all
emails in draft format to select from.We often create a draft email
outside of a workflow, but then the original request changes and we have
to re-create via a workflow.
Hi.I'm interested to know if anyone else has experienced discrepancies
with the KPI's that ACS generates for email deliveries. We have run into
the following scenario:We have been analyzing the performance of some of
our email campaigns and we have noticed a discrepancy with the numbers
that ACS is providing.We have a delivery that was sent to 75 people. The
delivery rate is 64% which is well below our standard - It only

Seconded. We are forever updating the Column definition tab to ensure
email addresses go in without spaces and as lowercase. If we could set
this as the default in the template and not have to update it each time
that would be ideal.

Rather than taking that data into a reconciliation I have used an
Enrichment activity, and then taken that into a segmentation to
determine if there is incoming data or not to make it work how I needed
