Re: Account Linking Question - Adobe Experience Cloud 05-10-2016
Hi,It sounds like your user might be missing the permissions associated with the different products. Are you a system administrator for your company's Marketing Cloud? If so, you can use the Enterprise Dashboard to grant permissions to yourself and others within your company. If you're not, you can ask your Marketing Cloud system admin to grant your user the needed permissions. Here is some documentation to get you started:https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/mcloud/admin_getting_star...

Re: Cross Domain Tracking - Dynamic Tag Management 29-09-2016
Filipe,Thanks for the additional details. It's a bit concerning that site one is using s_fid as that is to be used as a last resort ID. I'd contact Analytics customer care and see if they can figure out why your not getting s_vi cookies on that site.I'm sure what your asking is possible, it just might not be a supported Adobe implementation. Essentially, you'd need two isolated instances of Analytics code on the pages you wanted to track on site 2 that report back to site 1. These instances woul...

Re: Cross Domain Tracking - Dynamic Tag Management 28-09-2016
If you're using legacy Analytics tracking, your visitors are being identified with the aid value stored in the s_vi cookie by default. You can overwrite that value with the s.visitorID variable. If neither of these are present or fail to be set, there is a fall back ID called the s_fid.A few questions will help me understand how we might accomplish this:When you mention site one uses fall back Visitor ID, which of the above ids are you referring to?For site 2, I assume you are using the s.visito...

Re: Cross Domain Tracking - Dynamic Tag Management 28-09-2016
Filipe,Have you deployed the Marketing Cloud ID Service on either of these sites or are you using the legacy Analytics tracking? If you have deployed the MCID, are both sites deployed using the same Marketing Cloud Org ID (Please do not post the Org ID here)? Thanks,Jantzen

Re: at.js via DTM - Dynamic Tag Management 27-09-2016
Hi,Yes, Adobe will support at.js via DTM, but I don't have specifics around the timeline. In the meantime, I believe you can deploy via custom code section in the Target tool. You would need to download the at.js code from Target, open your Target tool in DTM, past the at.js code in the custom section, save the changes, and test via your staging environment. You might also confirm with the Target team by emailing them directly via ttclientcare@adobe.com.Thanks,Jantzen

Re: Testing Adobe DTM - Dynamic Tag Management 27-09-2016
I'm not sure I understand the issue completely. If you have Analytics code on the page, your implementation should be sending server calls. You can verify this via the network tab in the developer tools or with the digital pulse debugger. You can also check the report suite used in the implementation inside Analytics to see if the hits show up in your reports. If you are trying to verify that all your pages have the Analytics code present, you may need to work with a third-party scanning tool li...

Re: Testing Adobe DTM - Dynamic Tag Management 27-09-2016
Claudio,I have a background in the Analytics implementation team here at Adobe and I'm not aware of any tool that will automatically generate a server call. Most of our customers will setup a test environment and a test report suite to get started. Then they can deploy the Analytics library to the environment and start creating test server calls via the page code or DTM. DTM makes deploying the Analytics library and creating server calls very easy, even for non-developers. I'd suggest you start ...
