Hi Aditya,If your Campaign is already integrated with IMS, then all you need is to open the Conenction settings on Console and select the option "Connect with an Adobe ID"This will take you to the IMS login page.Regards

Hi Aditya,I assume that this would have to be dealt with by contacting the SMS vendor. What you'd need to do in Campaign is adapt the configuration with the information provided by your new vendor.Florent

Hi Aditya From my experience, this is normally an activity that is done by request as implementation of this feature is not wholly owned by Adobe and the script used to initially set this feature up requires some additional activities in order to make it a recurring process; it is also subject to firewall rules as well given that the rules need to be called from apache servers to check for updates.
