How do I convert a paper form that was created from a distributed PDF FORM into data? I have scanned the paper form (with barcode) , but I am unable to convert the information on it into an excel spreadsheet. I am trying to give customers the option to submit a paper form and an online form, so they are given two options. I have the online form down. I am stuck with this paper form. I thought the barcode would help, but maybe that only works with the online form?
