Task list view conditional formatting - Workfront 19-12-2016
On a Project and tasks tab, one of the columns available is the assignments column. I want the assignments column to be highlighted when $$USER.ID is viewing the task list so they can quickly see which tasks they are assigned to. I am able to do this only when there is just one assignee or the user is the primary assignee. I can't seem to make it work when there are more than 1 assignee and the user is not the primary assignee. I've tried many variations but just couldn't make it work. Any ideas...

clickable document folders in a report - Workfront 05-12-2016
I want to create a report where one of the columns would show the folder where the documents of a project reside. listmethod=nested(folders).lists textmode=true type=iterate valueexpression={name} valueformat=HTML Now, I'd like to make this a clickable link into the folder itself but I can't seem to make the entry clickable. Any ideas?

Hi Mavis, Nothing too fancy, but here's a "pop a Google Map" example. Regards, Doug Doug Den Hoed - AtAppStore

Re: My favorite code snippet for reporting... what's yours? - Workfront 25-06-2020
Hi @NRYN R - inactive‚ and @Kruse Collins‚ ,This is my first post, and I'm new to WF, so please forgive my ignorance. Is there a way to use the "last update" code at the top of this string and have it show ALL updates? I have some users that want to see all updates, and they don't mind scrolling like crazy. Being able to inline edit would be a huge bonus. Thanks in advance!Mel

Re: Priority is picked from template than from issue - Workfront 25-10-2016
Sorry, Polly: yes, I misspoke, and said "Status" when I meant to say "Priority". Same concept though. Regards, Doug P.S. so, my inability to remember a keyword as I flip from a thread to make a post reminds me of The Goldfish joke. Normal Goldfish: "dum dee dum dee dum...Hey Look! A Castle!...dum dee dum dee dum Hey Look! A Castle!..." Gifted Goldfish: " dum dee dum dee dum...Hey Look! A Castle...dum dee dum dee dum awwwmann-Hey Look! A Castle!..."

Re: Revenue Type on Task - Workfront 28-07-2016
Thanks Greg for pointing out where that setting is located and thanks Eric for sharing your experience with regards to changing that setting. I just changed the setting and had ran a report to allow me to mass change the revenue type and turned it back off.

Re: Calculation on group Summary - Workfront 22-07-2016
I already tried aggregator.valueexpression before opening the thread, haven't been able to make it work. Nothing shows up in the grouped values. I agree though that Melinda deserves the scout badge!

Re: custom form checkbox fields represented in a chart - Workfront 11-01-2019
You don't write the formula on the report - you just pick up the new calculated field on the report to use instead of the original field you wanted to use for charting. Polly Co
