Re: Project Reports Have Lost Export Button In Dashboards - Workfront 08-04-2020
LOL! Me too! I'm currently the only one in NWE and having to do export for others is taking my time up. I didn't know how much people are exporting but now I know! I've asked support to escalate my issue so I'm hoping we get the same deployment as you are getting.

Re: Project Reports Have Lost Export Button In Dashboards - Workfront 08-04-2020
@Anthony Imgrund‚ , and what was Workfront support's response? It's been a few days now, our ticket is still with first tier and moving slowly. Since the release of NWE on production, it's what happened to our instance and already mentioned that to the support person. It's quite obvious it was introduced by the new release to production so going through the motions of clearing caches and going to incognito mode (as if it's isolated to our machines) when others have already reported the same issu...

Re: WF issues?? - Workfront 10-03-2020
We had experienced this yesterday and submitted a ticket immediately. They suggested clearing the cache and restarting Chrome then reboot the computer. I have hundreds of users who would not possibly do these "tricks". And it didn't work for me anyway, clearing the cache. or restarting Chrome. The updates page will load but after a few seconds 5-10 seconds wait. That's not efficient! Nor asking hundreds of users to reboot. I'm asking for our reps to escalate. Polly Co

Re: Updates cutting off - Workfront Archived Groups 05-03-2020
@Maggie Talierco , the fix was deployed to our instance last night. It seems to be functioning as expected... Looks slightly different though but I can't pinpoint to what exactly it is. But as long as it's working, we're good. Polly Co

Re: Idea Exchange: Fix end dates to reflect end of day (for custom quarters and prompts) - Workfront 26-02-2020
@Chris Budgen , I edited my post. https://experience.workfront.com/s/idea/0870z000000PSKEAA4/detail A work around that I've now done is putting my custom prompts so that I am able to specify the time factor. Polly Co

Re: textmode custom date - Workfront 25-02-2020
Answering my own regarding custom date on text mode: this would be 2019-11-01T00:00:00:000 I think. Still looking for simpler, alternate ways to get the hours? Polly Co

textmode custom date - Workfront 25-02-2020
Hello, I've been gone so long from the community, I feel like a noob now. So .... I'm looking for all projects that has hours between 6 months ago (basically August 1, 2019 - October 31, 2019) and does not have hours between Nov 1, 2019 - January 31, 2020, plus a few other requirements related to the project. Now, I can't do this with an hour report AFAIK, it won't generate anything with an hour null filter (so null entryDate Nov 1- Jan 31 does not work). I thought I'd do a project report, showi...

Idea Exchange: Fix end dates to reflect end of day (for custom quarters and prompts) - Workfront 25-02-2020
Please upvote! If any of you use custom quarters, please upvote this idea! Issue: Custom quarters only entry of the DATE, not time factor. Therefore, if you select Q1 2020 eg January 1, 2020 to March 31, 2020 - you would assume that this selects the full days Jan 1 - March 31. This is ok if your prompt only looks at the DATE factor but on an hour report and looking at the entry date as the prompt, it looks at the time factor! So Q1 actually looks from Jan 1 12:00 am to March 31 12:00am - I don't...

Re: Fix end dates to reflect end of day (for custom quarters and prompts) - Workfront 25-02-2020
The way the end date is implemented right now does not make sense! I've now users more access with report prompts and they will use the custom quarters because it's the easiest. Some entry dates don't look at the time factor but like for hour reports, it looks for the time factor. The reports will now be inconsistent if they use the custom quarters as some will include the another day of the next quarter if I want to ensure the time factor is looked at. Who actually says that their quarter ends ...

Re: Updates cutting off - Workfront Archived Groups 18-02-2020
@Jill Ackerman , we've reported this probably 3-4 weeks ago to support. This happened exactly after they made the updates enhancements. We've been given the run around (eg, it's your machine, cache, network, zoom) until it was escalated. Maybe it's only instance based or cluster based (we're 5) but they are aware and trying to find a fix (that was 2 weeks ago and no word after that). Polly Co
