Okay, I obviously have an older photoshop elements software but I really like it but, I tried to sign in with my recently made Adobe ID in the software because when you open it, it has that option. When I attempt to sign in, passcode or username is not the issue, it will not let me and it says "Photoshop.com services are not available right now."
