Re: navigate to collection brows page - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 19-08-2015
I asked the team about this and they haven't seen any crashing. How is the content set up? Are the articles with the buttons part of the top level? Or are they nested within a collection?

Re: Metered Article Preview Threshold Doesn't Seem To Work - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 18-08-2015
The 15 second window is per article. If you never dwell on an article long enough it won't count as a read. So, in your case, if you just swipe for 15 seconds and view a bunch of articles we won't count any of those views against the meter. Once you've spent some time actually viewing the article the meter will get triggered. Are you observing that behavior?

Re: Menu icon for a user that is inside a collection - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 17-08-2015
Thanks for the feedback, I have heard a similar request/feedback on a couple occasions. As Neil alluded to, myself and our user experience team have been exploring a few different designs to allow for a navigation element to return to the top of the app when nested several layers deep, while still adhering to the native navigation behavior of iOS (e.g. on Android bezel swipe exposes the menu, but on iOS that action typically takes a user back/up from where they entered).

Re: Metered Article Preview Threshold Doesn't Seem To Work - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 17-08-2015
The threshold will be reached once the user has read an article, which is based on a timer while the user is dwelling on the article. The dwell time that triggers an article "read" to be sent to the meter is currently 25 seconds (iPad) and 15 seconds (iPhone). If the user quickly swipes through the articles they would be able to preview them; however, in your case, once one article has been viewed for enough time other articles will be blocked. Are you seeing this behavior? If not there may be an...

Re: Font upload problem (2) - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 14-08-2015
I took all you font-manifest.json text and copied it into a couple different online online JSON validator tools and they all came back invalid. It looks like there are a number of hidden characters that is causing the failure. The first three hits with this query return some tools: json validator‌.To clear up these hidden characters you should format the JSON as a plain text file. I hope this helps. If not, I suggest contacting support, this may be specific to the font files.

Re: Font upload problem (2) - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 14-08-2015
Is the problem that you cannot upload the fonts, or that the fonts aren't properly applied when viewing your app on the device? If it is a problem uploading please post a screenshot.

Re: Anyone had this issue: Invalid Toolchain?? - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 13-08-2015
I just checked the Apple Developer forums and a number of individuals reported the same problem. I am seeing indications in the same forums that this is working again. Have you tried again recently?

Re: table of contents - Adobe Experience Manager Mobile 06-08-2015
It will do more than that. If the content is in a collection, when you view that collection's browse page the article won't display in the browse page. The app menu can be thought of as very stripped down browse page of the top level collection. This is why the "hide from browse page" option works the way it does for content in the top level of the app.
