Until recently, you specified your Integrator ID in the Entitlement section of project settings. Now, you (or the Master Admin) go to master settings and specify the entitlement information in the Entitlement Services tab for each project. Then you choose an entitlement service you created in project settings. See Create projects in AEM Mobile.I'm not sure what you're asking with your second question.
