Durga,Unfortunately, the notification list is not editable at this time,
only administrators receive notifications, therefore, if you want
someone to receive notices you will have to upgrade their permissions to
administrative level.
There are a couple of ways I'll recommend. If you have access to
processing rules, then set a rule to always execute that overwrites the
value of a configured eVar with IP address then you are all set.If you
don't have access to processing rules, then you will need to do some
coding from the server that renders the pages, pass the IP address to
your data layer/any object on page and then pick it up from your tag
manager/code and set an eVar.Once the eVar is setup, you may then use it
from within ...
Hi,You probably have a custom setup which is why I requested that you
sent me what you have so far before making any changes and I'll be able
to let you know next steps. The reason is exactly what the message
states, there isn't a reporting id set but there are several ways of
doing it and without much details I can only be guessing. If you had a
custom setup in the first place there is a chance that things have been
customized in different places so it won't be as simple as replacing the
code.
Interesting, not sure why you were told that but by default Adobe
doesn't restrict connections except if you explicitly go in there and
check the box then you will need to add ip's. Doing that for a 3rd party
vendor like Microsoft will be quite a daunting task so I definitely
wouldn't recommend that.Do you have the "Enforce IP Login Restrictions"
box checked?
Hi Frank,There are several ways I can see this happening, can you send
me a list of all your classification rules or screenshot, you may
private message me if you will rather be discreet, I'll review and then
we can walk our way backwards to other possibilities.
Perfect - is the custom code you have in DTM customized? if it is you
will need to transfer those updates over to the newest version code so
everything continues to work. If you are not able to tell, please
private message me the entire custom code from DTM and I'll provide you
with step by step instructions on how to move forward after I determine
if it has been customized.Let me know.
I'm not sure I understand the concept of whitelisting for Adobe as the
connection from PowerBI connects directly to the Adobe API using oAuth2
as the authentication method which you provided and the API is
specifically built to let outside resources pull data. Bot rules do not
apply here because you are reading data not writing data.Could you
provide a bit more details, are you able to pass the login screen and
login with oAuth2? What happens after, do you get an error message?
There is always an account manager even if your previous AM is not
available, call Adobe Analytics support and they will be able to point
you in a right direction or copy your replacement AM. You will need to
prove that you are the responsible party to your account and they will
be happy to help you. Also, ensure you have a marketing cloud ID ready as
old logins are being deprecated. You may start here Contact and support
information for Adobe Marketing Cloud.
A bit more detail is needed. Are you currently using Adobe DTM, what
version are you currently on and what version would you like to move to
(latest)? If you are in DTM are you already in custom mode and want to
upgrade or are you looking for upgrade from managed mode to custom mode?
Thanks J,I took a quick look at it and I do see several issues that are
unrelated to purchase that I may point out later but for now, is there a
way I can place test purchases without having to charge my card, can I
use a test card or will you be able to cancel my purchase or is there a
development environment?I need to step through to see what's happening
otherwise I'll just be throwing random maybe responses at you and I get
it if it may be sensitive details so please feel free to message me
