Hi eveline8,If a recipient hasn't subscribed to a service, there is no
direct way to unsubscribe that profile/recipient from that specific
subscription service.You could however manually update the profile and
add it to the list of 'Quarantines', or simply run a Workflow to add the
profile to this section. This can be achieved by updating the 'Status'
field of nms:address Schema, update any Recipient's Status to
'Quarantine'. But Quarantine would mean that email address won't be
contactable for...
