Hi cho laiw17892104,This Error is mostly attributed to the file not being present at the time of activity execution.I understand that the Delivery was successful for other Recipients, but maybe the Delivery did not find the file to send to affected Recipients.Is there a pattern which is observed for these 70+ Recipients which are left out.Were these last on the list, there could be process running simultaneously which could have deleted the csv file later during the Delivery Activity.The second ...

Hi Digital B2B'er​,Ideally Bounce Rate should reflect the exact number in Delivery Logs as well as Dashboard.Are we sure that the comparison was done at the same time, maybe those 7 bounces were soft bounces which later converged into successful Delivery.If the Dashboard and Logs are being checked simultaneously then this discrepancy could be investigated.I checked on my test Instances and was unable to replicate this discrepancy.Also, are you noticing this with all the Deliveries or only this o...

Hi robayzma​,Default Landing Pages (Unsubscription) won't allow you to update any other Schema except Profiles Schema.You will notice that the Access & loading Section doesn't allow selection of any other Schema, it has Profiles schema selected by itself and this filed is greyed out:Same would hold true if you will duplicate any of these default pages.Unless you do some custom implementation on your side which could update some other Schema.But that again would be similar to an alternative menti...

Hi eveline8​,If a recipient hasn't subscribed to a service, there is no direct way to unsubscribe that profile/recipient from that specific subscription service.You could however manually update the profile and add it to the list of 'Quarantines', or simply run a Workflow to add the profile to this section.
