Hi cho laiw17892104,My understanding says that this sort of error is either attributed to file not being present in the directory or some scripting within the Workflow Activity which is causing some issues with initial set of Recipients and works fine thereafter.Further insights would require deeper investigation, I would request you to open a case with Support Team and this will get right direction there.

Hi @uz owl,I have few queries/concerns:- Is this Integration with Adobe Analytics from Adobe Campaign Classic, I believe yes because Adobe Campaign Standard doesn't work on explicit API Calls being fired.- While the https://api.omniture.com/genesis/i/3.1 Endpoint is still active, I am not sure what https://api-sbx1.omniture.com/genesis/i/3.1 refers to.The default Javascript code within Campaign Instance too refers to https://api.omniture.com/genesis/i/3.1only.- Is "PartnerGetIntegrationsDetail" ...

dboat​ This will have to be sorted from your side only, maybe a synchronization task/job which is designed to update data from database to application server and is not working fine.By default, there shouldn't be any discrepancy between database server and application server.Hoping by now the issue must have already been sorted

Hi mikaelb4687966​, Jose,There is no way a customized Target Mapping could be created for Schema other than Profiles, ACS doesn't allow that.If you have access to Support Portal (https://support.neolane.net), you could raise a ticket with us.We could then discuss this further with our Product Engineering Team and get it raised as an Enhancement Request for future Releases.

Hi Rajesh,Are we sure that the delivery target size too is same each morning.This sort of delay in processing could depend upon multiple factors, not just the size of recipient list but database load at that time. If the DB Schema which is being queried corresponding to this Delivery is being queried by some other process (simultaneously) as well. the overall process time increases.Maybe on days when the processing is taking longer time, there are some simultaneous entities/deliveries querying t...
