Hi arouillardThe second Activity in the Workflow where Audience is being saved, what was the option selected and did the Audience already exist within ACS Instance. To answer your first question, Is that significate that I need to save these contacts in my application (in nmsRecipient) -> You need to define a one time Audience.Therafter keep updating it everytime a new file is uploaded. Then Save the Audience as per correct option, query it/Read Audience to target Delivery.

Hi arouillardThis can be achieved by Save Audience Activity.Once data is loaded within the Workflow, select the appropriate option to either update/create an audience, or create a unique audience etc:Then define your query to select records from this Audience, followed by the Email Delivery Activity targeting Audience defined upstream in the workflow.

raultorgaYou could check on associated event data under Marketing Plans -> Transactional messages -> Event configuration, on the left hand side, you will notice 'Resource Preview'.This maintains a copy of the data and metadata.

Hi cynthiea23288109Thats not really possible. You cannot query a temporary table, this is because there won't be any valid Filtering Dimension for that Query Activity. Without a query you won't be able to select the desired value and then match it with the Delivery's additional value.

Hi cynthiea23288109Kindly confirm by delivery (current table) are you referring to the Delivery which is selected as a part of the Split Activity. And by current value selected within a Workflow, are you referring to values included within the Temporary Tables created during Workflow execution.

Hi daniel.diazThis indeed is a Spam Check Rule.I tried replicating the issue from my side and was able to see the same message with 0.0 score. Even though it doesn't contribute to an overall score, it surely can mark your email as Spam.I believe this rule exists to warn Recipients of those emails which claim you have won huge sum of money etc. When I changed the amount within email body to a decent amount, the rule check didn't show up in Spam Analysis.

Hi torspo55File Upload/Download Activities mention 'relative path' which pertains to the path within the External Account (SFTP/S3/FTP) selected as below:Relative means from the root directory. So if the External Account is already configured mentioning the hostname, account, password and port details, you simply need to specify the path as below:/ or . specifies root directory. You do not need to specify the entire SFTP/FTP details agai, unless the 'Quick configuration' option is selected.

Hi juliak39390008A Segmentation Activity might also help.Filter/Segment out records who have opened/clicked the email/SMS and generate a complement.Set the Segmentation condition for specific Delivery and let Resource Type be Profiles (profile). Then target the Recipients coming out of 'complement' with the corresponding Delivery/SMS.

Hi zacysigOnce a Workflow is created, there is no way its Template can be changed and it is not advisable as well.Even if you change the Workflow Template for the corresponding record (Workflow) within xtk:workflow Schema, it won't really map it to the new Template correctly. The new Template might not match the previous Template in terms of activities or any other configuration.

Hi dboatThere is no explicit synchronization process which runs between the application and database server. Ideally whatever is updated at database level should be visible within the Application Server as well.Which Schema is being checked here, as in which specific table is reflecting this discrepancy.

Hi ericl15913349,"Unable to load document from identifier" error is mostly attributed to some dangler reference. The Workflow/webApp might be referencing a temporary table which is now purged, or if it was copied from some other entity, the copied Activities might be having some previous reference which aren't valid now.At times, this is also related to some process (essential for the Workflow/webApp to successfully execute) not running.I believe you are working with a webApp, if so, then was th...

Hi robertw937098Date Difference could be calculated as: SELECT DATEDIFF(day, 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss', 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss');PostgreSQL allows you a more accurate difference like (3 days, 10 hours) using the 'timestamp' option as below:SELECT 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss'::timestamp - 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss'::timestamp;'DATE_PART' prefixed to the above will again give difference in days.SELECT DATE_PART ('day', 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss'::timestamp - 'yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss'::timestamp);Hope that helps!

Hi RaulOcanaYou can send Deliveries and Proofs to records/recipients of a Custom Schema by creating a Target Mapping under Administration -> Campaign Management -> Target mappings.Once the Target Mapping has been created, you could define filter conditions to target specific recipients for Delivery as well as Proof. The 'Definition of a specific proof target' will allow you to define filter conditions and select the desired recipients from your Target Mapping.

Hi subrats9452256Split and Cells Activity are almost same, there isn't any explicit difference between the two. Both allow Sub Sets to be created based on different query conditions for any available Schema within the Database. Both also allow subset data type to be selected (Random or Percentage Range etc).Enrichment surely has additional functionality of letting you work with the linked tables of a Query. While Query will allow you to define basic filtering conditions, Enrichment will allow you...

Hi rohitv20697926Any sort of changes to the structure of a Database Schema would impact data retrospectively as well.So if the primary key is being modified to a combination of multiple fields, the prior Workflows referencing that Schema would look for that composite key (unique) combination as well.

Hi Lizani4There is no way you could define explicit date range in case of OOB Reports, there are preconfigured time frames available in the drop down for the same. One approximate way could be to define a Descriptive Analysis Report and then select the document type/required entity from list of Schemas along with desired date range.See if that helps!

Hi ihm185Delivery Proofs generally run into this error because the 'operationMgt' workflow has already picked up your Delivery once.Previously it was suggested that this could be controlled by decreasing the value of 'nmsOperation_LimitConcurrency' option, thereby reducing the frequency of 'operationMgt' Workflow. However that's not really ideal since this issue was identified as a known Bug with some previous Build and clients were then recommended to move to higher Builds in which the fix was...

Hi anasso83525035In case of ACC, you need not worry about the value. It automatically calculates the Last day of the month, you will notice this when you click on Next after the step highlighted above. In case of ACS, I am not sure if keeping a value of 31 would help in case of months having last day as 30/February.You could try that once and see if it works.

Hi raultorgaThe same Target Mapping is available within ACS under Campaign Management -> Administration -> Application Settings. It is not available for editing though.. You could duplicate the same and then configure Target and Filtering dimension. Mappings could be added with 'Create element' option.Hope that helps!

Hi lenaf21917833IP Addresses come into picture at back end, those are nowhere stored in an explicit field over the Console so won't really be exported/imported.With regards to Branding, that is only allowed over Production Instance and is Working as Designed.

The Delivery successfully got created.and Content variant shows the number of variations added as well. See below:

Hi lenaf21917833Typologies are just like any other entities, which can be imported and exported across Instances provided the unique ID (Internal Name) doesn't clash. So in your case, while importing Typologies in Stage, just ensure that the Internal Names of Typologies within Prod aren't matching any of the Internal Names in Stage Instance.Hope that helps!
