I downloaded the Adobe Digital Publishing patch cs6 successfully however it does not show up in my Indesign application. I am not sure if it makes a difference but the adobe ID under which I downloaded it was made under my personal adobe purchases but I am using a work installed Indesign for which I do not have an adobe ID readily available.
