You can specify a certain product or product category if the scenario is to offer the product(s) the prospective customers probably were interested in. However, if you just want to build a segment of those who saw any product and did not purchase anything, then just do not specify the product in the segment.If you could share more details regarding you business scenario/goal/problem, then the community may give you a better way to reach the desired goal using the existing functionality of AA.

Scenario 2 is absolutely possible — just build a segment when a certain product had Product Views (or/and cart additions, checkouts, etc.) but was not purchased (order does not exist). This is probably one of the most commonly used scenarios for remarketing.

Hi Gigazelle,I have found this thread and am a little confused with the answer. The Data Connector seems to allow to share the segments with Adobe Campaign (see the screenshot here How can I add Analytics segments to the Campaign/Neolane Genesis configuration? ). Could you clarify if the segments are shared or not when the integration between Analytics and Campaign classic (v6/v7) is built via the Neolane Data Connector?

Do you have a page URL dimension in your implementation? if yes, build a segment with "gclid=" to check how many such visits were captured in AA. If you do not, export page URL with Visits via Data Warehouse to count traffic with "gclid=" in MS Excel.This should give you an answer if visits with this parameter reach AA at all.

Could you provide more details explaining why it does not look to be working? Have you conducted any testing that proved that Paid Search was not reported accurately after the report suite update?

Hi Ramesh,If the segment does not show up in approximately 30 minutes, then maybe you have reached the limitation. Check how many shared segments have been already created.

While I fully support the recommendation from ursboller, I would presume that event1 may stand for total number of searches while event34 could be a serialised event by visit to get some uniqueness on search count.

Hi catalinmartin,You will see a sum of uploaded data. If you want to see 15 instead of 25 following the described scenario, your export/import script should upload the changes (new data) rather than totals to date.Let me know if that helps.

Hi siyanc97701441,Update paid search detection in the report suite settings by adding "gclid=". This will make the Paid Search tracking accurate. Then update the Paid Search marketing channel processing rule by deleting the condition with tracking code.Let me know if that helps.

Hi bennyl55719097, There are two ways of how Bounce Rate can be calculated. The preconfigured Bounce Rate metric will not consider the scenario as a bounce. However, you may want to build another Bounce Rate metric to exclude s.tl calls from calculation so that only page views are taken into account. The formula is Single Page Visits divided by Entries.Let me know if that helps.

MktgCloudUser, I have not checked this but it may not work just because the custom code is executed after the UI. If it's possible in your scenario, move your code from the "Custom code" to "Conditions" that have precedence. Let me know if that helped.
