I have used LiveCycle for a lot of forms froms starting with CS3, then upgraded to CS5 and now I need it for my CC membership? It was always packaged with Adobe Acrobat Pro in the Creative Suite days?I am running Adobe Acrobat Pro vs 9 on an older computer so I can still use LiveCycle Designer. But i need to get rid of that computer and running Creative Cloud on my current with Acrobat DC.Need help ASAP

I am creating a form that sales reps fill out to go to one whole department and I have that all set with my email submit button. However I also need to form to go to one of 5 others based off their names in a Drop down box for who is a manager for a certain region. Since all 5 don’t need to be copied on all form submissions I want our sales reps to be able to select their manager from the drop down list to ultimately add their email address in the CC field when the forms is submitted.
